Applicable to 800D~20000D polyester,nylon and pp fiber long staples. Both the PLC-based control system
and the servo-driving device are arranged to control the winding and yarn-guide mechanism, the winding
mechanism and each transmission mechanism,effecting the on-the touch screen monitoring,controlling
the main technical parameters of the spindle speed,the twist and the winding angle. The formation length
is adjustable at will,It is allowed to set the parallelism, the trimming and the loose selvage formation method
directly and change them easily to meet the technological requirements for different products.
